We are not your typical gym. At 6S Fitness, we combine expert coaching, a supportive community, and a wide variety of training options to help you reach your goals. From structured CrossFit-style and HYROX group fitness classes to personal training and nutrition coaching, we’re built for busy people who want lasting results.
It’s a very simple 3 step process.
Step 1: Schedule your consultation.
Step 2: Meet with your coach.
Step 3: Begin your plan.
Not at all! Whether you’re new to exercise or experienced, our programs are designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches tailor workouts so everyone can progress safely and confidently.
We have options to try classes if you have relevant previous experience. For beginners, we always suggest starting with our Foundations program or at least 1 personal training session so you can feel confident entering classes!
This depends on what your goals are! That’s why we start everyone with a consultation – so we can prescribe the best plan for you.
We are not open 24/7, but we do have coaches who have plenty of availability to fit your busy schedule for personal training.
Most members see great progress training 3-4 times per week.
