We’ve been experimenting with movements to ensure that everyone was eased back into training and that all workouts are done safely, but now that we (us and you) have a good grasp on what works and what doesn’t work, we’re looking to build in a bit more structure into the 6SFit group class programming. We’re still figuring things out, and so, we welcome your feedback as always.
In this regard, beginning this week 6SFit classes will follow the general framework below, on alternating weeks:
Week 1:
Monday: Squat
Tuesday: Gymnastic Strength
Wednesday: Hinge
Thursday: Gymnastic Strength
Friday: Press
Saturday: Team workout
Sunday: Fun Metcon
Week 2:
Monday: Gymnastic Strength
Tuesday: Squat
Wednesday: Gymnastic Strength
Thursday: Hinge
Friday: Gymnastic Strength
Saturday: Press
Sunday: Team Workout
