​We’ve been experimenting with movements to ensure that everyone was eased back into training and that all workouts are done safely, but now that we (us and you) have a good grasp on what works and what doesn’t work, we’re looking to build in a bit more structure into the 6SFit group class programming. We’re still figuring things out, and so, we welcome your feedback as always. ​
In this regard, beginning this week 6SFit classes will follow the general framework below, on alternating weeks:Â
Week 1:
Monday: Squat
Tuesday: Gymnastic Strength
Wednesday: Hinge
Thursday: Gymnastic Strength
Friday: Press
Saturday: Team workout
Sunday: Fun Metcon
Week 2:
Monday: Gymnastic Strength
Tuesday: Squat
Wednesday: Gymnastic Strength
Thursday: Hinge
Friday: Gymnastic Strength
Saturday: Press
Sunday: Team Workout
