6SFit (Functional Group Training)

Powerlifting

What it is:
Powerlifting at 6S focuses on building maximum strength in three core lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. This program is great for anyone looking to develop raw strength, improve lifting technique, or compete.

 HYROX

What it is:
HYROX is our hybrid fitness program that combines endurance and strength in one workout. Think: sled pushes, rowing, running, wall balls, and more. It’s built for performance and progression – and it’s a blast.

As an official HYROX-affiliated gym, 6S Fitness provides the structure, support, and expertise to help you train with purpose, whether you’re preparing for your first race or looking to hit a new personal best.

Olympic Weightlifting

Manual Therapy
