Hemp seeds replace oil in this recipe for a super creamy hummus that requires less than 10 ingredients to make.

Yield: 8 or more servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup of hulled hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup of filtered water
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)
- 1/4 cup of fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar
- 2-3 garlic cloves (or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder)
- 2-3 teaspoons of mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 (15 ounce) cans of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
RECIPE:
1.) In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine the hemp seeds with all of the other ingredients EXCEPT the garbanzo beans. Blend on high until smooth.
2.) Add the drained chickpeas to the blender and continue to blend on high until smooth. Add more water as needed to thin. Taste test and add more seasonings as desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
