Nick started his nutrition journey with the nutrition challenge earlier in 2021. This was a huge learning opportunity for him to understand the basics. After the challenge, Nick continued his journey with one on one coaching to tailor his nutrition to his preferences and lifestyle. Once he understood he could have balance of enjoying the things he loved, he saw consistent change month to month.
I knew that I wanted to make a positive change in my nutrition, but I didn’t know how to do it. One day I got an e-mail from 6S about a “summer nutrition challenge”, I figured “why not… what do I have to lose if I try it?”. I took the leap and I signed up.
It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made!
It was an amazing, support and fun environment, and everything I was looking for. The program was full of useful information, and it was a place where I could ask questions specific to my own situation, which I found very helpful.
After finishing the 4 week challenge, I knew I wanted to continue nutrition coaching one-on-one to continue moving in the right direction.
I started formally tracking my progress in July 2021. In three short months (Oct. 2021), I have:
Lost 6.0 % body fat.
Lost 16.4 lbs – I went from 184.3 to 167.9
Almost all of my weight loss has been from fat (15.3 lbs lost from fat, and only 1.1 lb lost from muscle)
I have more energy, I feel better, and I’m eating food that I love without feeling restricted!
