6S Fitness hosted its annual Pride WOD on June 21st, raising $2,000 for SOY (Supporting Our Youth) with a vibrant workout, community connection, and powerful impact.

A Workout With Purpose
The day started with a visit from a SOY (Supporting Our Youth) representative, who spoke about the vital work they do supporting queer and trans youth, especially those who are homeless, racialized, or newcomers. This personal touch grounded our event in purpose—and reminded us what we were moving for.
Then came the workout: a fun, accessible EMOM (every minute on the minute) filled with sweat and smiles. With movements like wall walks, echo bikes, v-sit-ups, and squats, it was a challenge that welcomed all skill levels.
A Fundraising Goal—Met and Exceeded
We’re thrilled to share that—thanks to your generosity—we surpassed our fundraising goal, raising $2,140 for SOY. And if you missed your chance to donate, you still have time! The link will remain open until June 30.
“It was heartwarming to see the supportive and welcoming environment that 6SFitness+ fosters,” said David Gonzalez, Fund Development Coordinator at Sherbourne Health. “Your generosity will go a long way in supporting the lives of the youth we serve.”

We love these events as much as our members do, and it was amazing to see so many familiar faces—and new ones too—joining in to celebrate.
