Tina is a role model for all of us. Never is a challenge too hard, never missing a workout and constantly improving her diet.
With Tina, there’s always more for her to learn, eager to ask questions. She is keen to engage in community events like the Quaranteam challenge and Nutrition challenges. Tina joined 6S at the end of 2019. Just months after starting at 6S she injured herself. Did that stop her? No, she adjusted the programming and kept moving forward. Her physical transformation is almost as impressive as her mental transformation – feeling strong and confident and seeing training as the highlight of her day.
