This summer, Salpi will be celebrating her 3 year anniversary with 6S. From day 1 of her intro sessions, she showed up with a smile (and her husband Andrew) and ready to work. She’s a joy to have in any class (whether in person or zoom) because she always pushes herself to get the most of her workouts.
While Salpi has been a busy front line worker as a Nurse in a long term care facility (thank you for your service!),she hasn’t let her fitness fall behind. She’s been working closely with Coach Cam to improve her wrist strength as she was noticing pain during movements like burpees and pushups. Salpi took this challenge on with the help of Cam to address and overcome this issue. As a result, she’s gained strength and confidence in her overhead movements and is even using heavier dumbbells! This goes to show that even though Salpi is confronted with a problem, she finds a solution and becomes stronger because of it.
We are so proud to see how far Salpi has come over the years with us, and can’t wait for many more! We look forward to having her back to in person classes soon!
