Can you believe we are in the last month of 2022!? Wow – time flies when you are having fun!
We are SO proud of each and every on of you for all that you have accomplished over the last year, months, weeks, and days. The best is yet to come!
Remember that your goals should not stop just because the holidays are coming up! Keeping up with your regular routine as much as possible (especially nutrition) is going to make sure all your hard work sticks around and you feel better during and after the holiday season! As we finish off 2022, here is what you can expect in the 6SFit classes:
- Alot of FUN, holiday-themed workout, and of course, everyone’s favourite – 12 days of (6S)mas!! If you have never done this before, make sure you do not miss it!
- We are wrapping up our clean complex and push / pull cycle. We hope everyone is feeling stronger overall after these!
- NEW: A pause back squat cycle (meaning, good pauses in the bottom position) because we love tempo work and time under tension = building muscle! You will also see lots of deadlifts to continue building strength in the lower body (and everywhere else).
- NEW: A power snatch cycle. The goal of the power snatch cycle is to keep the loads relatively light so you can work on perfect form while cycling a barbell. This is going to pay dividends for future workouts and who doesn’t love some barbell cardio! 😉
With these new cycles, it is important to track your numbers each week so you can build on the previous week’s numbers!
